Bought this hoping it might help my son who was a little behind on his vocabulary compared to his older sister at the same age. I genuinely cannot believe the difference. Lifesaver on long car trips
Got this for our 5 year old before a 7 hour drive to my parents place and honestly it saved the entire journey. She did not ask for the iPad ONCE which has literally never happened before 🙌 She spent ages on the airport scene, then the under the sea one, then somehow ended up obsessed with the solar system pages and was telling us all about Mars and Saturn by the time we pulled up. I'll be honest I was expecting it to feel a bit cheap given the price point but it actually feels like a proper hardback book. The illustrations are beautiful, way more detailed than the photos make them look, and the audio is clear and not tinny like some of the other talking books we've had. My daughter is 3 and obsessed with the beach scene and the doctor scene specifically. She'll bring it over and tap things asking me to repeat the words which has turned it into bonding time too which I love. The little games and songs were a bonus I wasn't even expecting.
